Realty Hub · serving Hallandale Beach and nearby cities
I'm Zach Curtis. RentedFirst is how I help people find long-term rentals in Hallandale Beach and the cities around it. I'm a licensed real estate sales associate with Realty Hub, and I work with renters.
What I do for renters
- Search every live long-term rental on BeachesMLS from $1,500 to $6,000 a month in Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Dania Beach and nearby.
- Check availability, terms, pet rules and association approval with the listing agent before you spend money on an application.
- Set up showings, in person or by video. Free showings 9am–7pm.
- Help you put together your application and explain move-in costs and condo association approval.
Renters pay no fee to RentedFirst; the listing side pays the commission. Normal landlord or association application fees still apply. Housing vouchers welcome; voucher income counts as income.
