Oceanfront towers usually have direct beach access from the building; units on the bay side and west of Collins are a short walk or shuttle ride to the nearest public access point.

Getting around

The city runs a free community shuttle (SIBshuttle) seven days a week along Collins Avenue and through the city, with a stop at the Aventura Mall bus terminal. Miami-Dade Transit buses also stop in the city.

By car, Sunny Isles Boulevard (NE 163rd Street) leads west to US-1 and I-95, and the William Lehman Causeway (NE 192nd Street) leads to Aventura and Biscayne Boulevard. The Brightline Aventura station is about a 10-minute drive.
